Description

The traffic signal is not sensing traffic coming down plantation street heading towards Rice Square. The light will remain red until a car arrives on the opposite side of the intersection at which point it turns green within 15-30 seconds.

A. Not sensing.

A. Hamilton St and Plantation St
Q. Has there been an accident at this location?
A. Not to my knowledge. Although many cars run the red light after idling for a few minutes.
