Lights that are out: We tried to tie a orange ribbon on the poles to help identify each one
Browns Island has 6 lights out
Area that stretches along the canal between Browns Island and 12 street & Byrd St end of pipeline has around 12 lights out which includes Christopher Newport statue spot light
Haxxell 10street bridge has 6 lights out
11th street bridge and Byrd street has 2 out
At the beginning flood wall at the end of pipeline on the canal at 12 st & E Byrd st there are 4 lights out on the flood wall

The rest are below Virginia Street on the canal, we have 7 lights out which stretches from the Reynolds building to a little past 14th street bridge, all are below on canal
