Today we checked the drainage between #152 and #158 Fairgreen Trace. Whereas, #152 is downhill from #158, you can expect stormwater to try to move this way. The other issues regarding direction of downspouts, garden edging along the fence, etc.. are private property issues you will need to work out with your neighbor. The City will not mediate between property owners regarding these types of issues. I would suggest you contact your homeowners association for assistance.
