Description

This car is obviously not working. It has been parked in the same place for over six months. It is parked in the same place as another car was that was blocking the turn and caused an accident. It appears to belong to the same owner as the last non working car that was in that spot previously. I am unsure why the HOA has not moved this vehicle. It needs to be removed from the street and onto the owners empty drive way. I don't understand why people park on the street instead of the overflow parking lots we have in this community.
