Description

Traveling eastbound on Crescent Rd at the intersection of the off ramp from I87N, the light has several short sequences of 5 seconds or less. At one point, eastbound is green, westbound is red, but eastbound does not have a left green arrow. The light turns red in 5 seconds after being green then the left green arrow appears.
