Description

Small patch of woods is overgrowing Fargo Road, and property owner seems to be using the woods as a dumping spot for fall leaves which makes the problem worse. Not obstructing vehicle traffic yet, but the area has frequent pedestrian traffic which would be much safer if there was room to walk.
