Yale has designated 5 or 6 public parking spaces on Prospect Street as "Tow Zone" for "Yale Hockey Bus Parking." Yale does not own the street and cannot claim those spaces 24/7 for only a couple hours' use once in a while. This is a violation of Sec. 53a-130. Criminal impersonation (of the NHTA): A person is guilty of criminal impersonation when he: (2) pretends to be a representative of some . . . organization and does an act in such pretended capacity with intent to obtain a benefit or to injure or defraud another.
