I posted this exact message in January (issue ID: 2181779) and it still has not been resolved.

Whenever it rains or snows water is not draining down the street, it is instead standing in front of my driveway/side yard and keeping my yard soggy for days. It seems like my neighbor has extended their driveway and the pipe they put in it for drainage is too small to allow the water to flow down the street into the appropriate drain.

I attached a photo of my trash can sitting in a few inches of backed up water from when I got off work tonight.
