Community Development will assign an inspector to view the area and take the appropriate action to alleviate this situation.

Community Development’s Inspector has posted the vehicle with a 24 hour notice. This notice requires them remove to the vehicle from the street, repair the vehicle or store the vehicle in accordance with the ordinance. A schedule re-inspection of the vehicle will be done to insure compliance with this ordinance. If the vehicle has not been removed, the Inspector may have the vehicle impounded.
