I get to that light about 6:30 every week day morning. For several months now, if I get caught at that intersection going North bound on Linda Vista Rd at Napa all of us stare at each other waiting for very little or nothing to go thru that intersection for way too long. I have seen people finally turn or go thru on red, probably because they think it must be broken. This situation has been like this since the area was restriped. By the way, whose brilliant idea was to make a bike lane on Linda Vista at Napa in front of the Starbucks so wide that it has become a turn lane? Time and again I worry someone is going to hit my side mirror with theirs because they don't really fit in between me and the curb. Lots of people think that is a turn lane.
