Description
The tenants in first floor apartment across alley from 2134 1/2 Burlington Ave N are consistently parking vehicles to block access to driveway of homeowners. They are not leaving mandatory space for homeowner cars to be able to maneuver in alley. They are unresponsive and rude when addressed. Police were called and told neighbors to document. The car owners refuse to park on the street (2 houses down).
