Description
The crosswalk button is no longer connected to the control. Someone hit the unit and it's been laying on the ground next to the power pole for a while now.
On a related note, vehicles constantly run that light and someone is at high risk for getting hit in that intersection.

Any timeline to expect them to fix this? Several of us use this intersection multiple times a day and feel uneasy crossing without knowing for certain when it's okay to cross - coupled with the idiots that blatantly run thie red lights at any given lane of this intersection.
It's a recipe for disaster.

As the City has no jurisdiction over the pedestrian signal,I have no time line or control over the repairs.
I did receive the following notification from GDOT: "The pedestrian pole that is damaged on SR 14 @ SR 34 has been reported to our Traffic Signal Technicians for further handling".
