I have reported the issue to EMC. They have indicated that they will have it repaired within the next 5 to 7 business days. Please let me know if it is not resolved within that time frame so that I can either close the issue or follow up with EMC. Pole # 133619

I contacted EMC on the 29th of April. They should be working on the issue. Please provide an update at the end of the 7 business days so that I can either close he issue or recontact EMC.
