Description
There's a thin Asian man roughly 5'10, 20's - 40's wearing a hooded jacket walking around stealing plants between 4:30 AM and 6:30 AM.
I've caught him on video stealing plants twice. He is coming into the yard and pulling the recently planted, just about to flower bushes right out of the ground. He carries a large black bucket in which he puts the stolen plant in as he walks off.
I wish this were a joke - I'd be laughing if he hadn't already stolen my plants twice. If you have any info about this man or have been a victim please post here.

This is the Department of Public Works vehicle for reporting the issues that fall under their purview. Stolen property is not their job to "fix".
