Description

The concrete on this curbside (on the side across from the firehouse) is broken and metal bracing is exposed. In fact, there are several places along that block of Freedley St. where the curb is broken.

If you call Norristown public works 610-270-0437, they'll send someone out to remove metal,but won't repair curbing unless they plan on paving that street.

I actually called Public Works just now and was told it is the responsibility of the property owner on that corner!

Thanks for letting me know! The curbsides on several streets in Norristown are in bad shape. I don't know what it will take to get these repaired.

I was told the curbs are the responsibility of the business or home owner. Just be careful out there, peeps, because I don't see any of them in any hurry to fix them.
