I agree, and it has been a problem for a few years now. Recently one poor cat was trapped in our garage for what must have been a week or more and we didn't realize it.

The Animal Control Officer is attempting to work with the residents in the area to have them turn the cats over to a feral cat rescue.

The Animal Control officer has removed five (5) cats and transferred them to a feral cat rescue.
