I travel those roads every day don't see any problems when you do the speed limit so next time your behind a slow moving car instead of saying to yourself this person drunk or high think about it I'm probably saving your life or an accident

bb - agreed there isn't an issue if people do the speed limit. But if you travel that road everyday as you say you know there is an issue. Go to Upper Merion Twp. & Penn Dot and look up about the number of accidents at this location. This is a location with a school and each day many children have travel this route. I live here. I don't want un-safe conditions for myself and my family.

Now the township wants to add a Community Center that will most likely add to the problem. Supervisors PLEASE DO NOT PUT THE ENTRANCE TO THE PROPOSED COMMUNITY CENTER ON VALLEY FORGE ROAD.

West Valley Forge Rd is a Race Track! Cars & Trucks speed in excess of 50 mph near the church on the curve.

When will UMPD do something about this?

They are going to install a light at this intersection at some point in the near future. Probably around the same time the Community Center finally opens (of course at rate they are moving on that it could be 2025 before it opens).

Installing a traffic light at that intersection may help I HOPE. However, why has there been so many accidents at this location? Why hasn't Upper Merion Twp or PennDot addressed this dangerous intersection?

The problem is the line of sight cars have in each direction on Valley Forge Road. The hill needs to be planed down so that traffic can see each other.

My fear is that people will attempt to beat the proposed light and speed even worse then what they are now. No traffic study can be done to give a true eval on what the Community Ctr will mean in terms of traffic.
