Description

Homeowner next door continues to park their cars on the lawn. This is seriously encroaching on my lawn, as a result the lawn is ruined, pipes are exposed and the curb appeal is gone. This is definitely an eyesore, safety hazard as the cars are literary next to the door as well as depreciating my home value. Efforts to address this amicably have been fruitless.
