Description

Sidewalk closed for Pepco repair. If Pepco needs sidewalk, a traffic lane needs to be closed to provide a sidewalk. Pedestrians walk in the car lane anyway when the sidewalk is closed, presenting a hazard. Either way, it is not ok to provide no sidewalk.
