The City of WATERBURY has staff to support its own trouble reporting/inquiry system, called iReportWTBY. We do NOT have staff to cover other systems as well, such as SeeClickFix. Consequently, issues reported here may go unnoticed for weeks or months at a time.

iReportWTBY includes both Web reporting and smartphone apps. The home page is here:
