Truck was towed last week however concrete debris still remains in the public right away . Homeless encampments in background heading towards 24th street have been there one year. 2-3 of the encampments are off the curb in the street and again in the public right of way . These encampments are blocking the sidewalk as well . Unacceptable !

This whole street needs to be cleaned up, including the homeless. Really ashamed that city leaders refuse to come up with solutions to the problems that plague the city.
