Description

Vehicles used by constructions workers are parked on vacant lot. Makes it look like the DHCD vacant lot look like a parking lot and is being missed used and destroyed by construction workers' vehicles who park in the lot. Workers also speed out of lot and down Kramer St at high speed at end of shift, please advise them Kramer St is not the Indy Speedway.
