It would be nice if the police could address the issue of this man that intrudes on private property every weekend. He rummages through all of the garbage and steals flowers from private property. He drives a black jeep with an American flag in the shape of the US. His license plate number is 4AK BJ5. I have attached various pictures of him trespassing and stealing flowers. It would be great if the police could handle this.
