As you can clearly see here, the overgrown grass belongs to the property located at 147 Elm Street, not Montclair drive! If you stand at Montclair drive you can see the overgrown grass and bushes that BELONGS TO 147 ELM STREET. The fence is still down and it has been over a month, are there any updates?

The property was inspected in October and determined to be Agricultural Lands which are exempted from the Town's Ordinance.
