Essex street and highway on RT one , why are the roads kept in grooved horrible condition for so long time . The poor conditions are such a traffic hazard and unsafe for cars and people from cars avoiding the pot holes and rocks all over the road. Why can't roads be paved after the grooved pavement is done. Why leave the public in such danger to wait for weeks?
