Description

On Schaffer Street between 3rd Ave & 2nd Ave are a discarderd red sofa & mattress that have been there for months. Someone just dumped them alongside an unoccupied building. This may be a nest for vermin as well as being very unsightly and makes neighbohr hood look horrible. Shouldn't the Bethlehem health department do something?
