Bad NEW LIGTHS NOT WORKING

If the light-bulb itself is getting broken, Public Works can/should put a a protective cover (plexiglass) on it. This was an issue with a couple of lights on E.16th St.

I see the covers in this ligths..... Bad material or bad contractor

Our Electrical Department has inspected these lights on 3 different occasions this month and each time the street lights were working properly. If you believe that there is still a problem with the lights please contact the Public Works Call Center at (510) 615-5566 so we can further research this problem. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

The first time and were well managed, then returned and stayed turned off so take another picture ... you can send photos of my cell where clearly can see date and time the photos were taken. I do not intend to disturb I just want to help as this area over the entire 35 Av is very dark. I invite you to walk one of these nights at 10:00 pm everything is dark, unsafe and dangerous.
