This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.

I don't understand why this request has been closed? The pile for bulk pickup is still sitting by the street.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.

Just checking in. Any chance of getting our bulk pickup completed? It's been a month and a half since we requested it. Thanks.

The tree limbs have all rotted and the heap continues to sit and wait for pickup at the back corner of our lot (along Walton Ave). Can you give any ETA for getting this picked-up?
