HOA has torn down, and removed most 2nd storey balconies and railings without replacing them with acceptable barriers. These have been torn down since September of 2015. HOA has halted all work since December 2016, and refuses to replace the torn down railings with anything other than yellow construction tape. These are safety hazards for our community, and pose a risk to children. Also is a fire hazard, as they have blocked secondary exits in case of emergencies. Please put pressure on the HOA to complete their reconstruction.
