This issue has been resolved. This car was parked on private property, outside of the cities jurisdiction (private property). Staff have spoken with property management.

Was it on a neighboring lot? Because we are the property management company, and we haven't heard anything. Was the car removed?

RPD tells us that this is on private property. They did go out and look into this. We will check back in, but being on private property the city would not have power to have the car towed. You would as agents of the property.

Okay, but I'm wondering why they say they've spoken with us if we haven't been contacted... they may have contacted the previous management company, though, as the property changed management last month. They should contact REIT Place realty in Cary. Thanks!
