City owns this property.

It does not matter if they own the property. The City signs advertising their various events are always in the Right of Away. The City is not exempt from abiding by their "Newly Mayor Pro Tem" personally written ordinances. How can the City ask the Citizens to abide by their ordinances when they don't. The City has another one just like it at the intersection of Flippen and Red Oak and that is in the County and on Private Property without the owner's permission. All we want as Citizens is the City Code to be enforced equally across the board.
