The village hall called about some exposed wires on a pole by the tap house.

Below is what my building tech found upon arrival, let me know if you need him to explain it to anyone.

Found the panel off of the wind turbine/solar post. The inside xfrmr is toasted and it is still buzzing. I am not familiar with any of this type of equipment so we reattached the panel and put caution tape around it. Pictures attached
