Description

For two weeks now there is a utility line laying in our alley. In order to gain entrance to our garage we have to hang it on a fence. It is still connected to a house and the pole but the storms and trees that have fallen on it made it sag to the ground. It is in the alley that is entered from Elliott St NE and behind the the houses addressed in the 1350's on F St NE. Someone is going to get hurt or decapitated in the night if they are riding there bike in the night and do not see the wire hanging across the alley but held up by a fence. Please see photo!!
