You might want to call OPD, since PW doesn't do homeless in illegal campers. These campers are becoming a nuisance.

Definitely an OPD issue that vehicle looks super sketchy nobody wants that outside their door. Do the entire city of favor and contact the police non-emergency number. Give it a couple of days if they don't respond, give them another call. I found persistence does most of the time payoff.
