Description

The sidewalk on the north side of the 1800-1900 block of Otis Street is buckling in multiple locations. There 6+ inch differences in surface areas. The sidewalk is hazardous to anyone walking along the park at this location and nearly impossible to navigate the block for those with strollers. Please fix the buckling and incongruent sidewalk before one of the many users of the nearby park seriously hurts themselves (and potentially sues the city).
