Description

The Rolling Oats sign obstructs the view of drivers exiting the property to Dr. MLK. A family on bicycles almost got hit the other day because cars have to pull across the sidewalk before they can see oncoming traffic. I am surprised that Rolling Oats was permitted to have the sign placed there in the first place. If bushes obstruct the view, they are ordered to be cut down by the City.....why is Rolling Oats allowed to have a sign that obstructs the view? This should be a code violation.
