Description
I have been traveling to York University for 4 years. In this time, I cannot understand why the traffic signals have not been adjusted to make turning left on an advance green longer than, its current 10 seconds or so? It is only long enough for one truck, or perhaps 4 cars to safely turn through the intersection. You can imagine, the lights can go through 5 or 6 cycles before a car at the tail end of the line can make it through. Please can you speak to the powers who may be to extend the length of the light so as to ease congestion and lessen the likelihood of crazed and frustrated drivers gunning it through a red?
