I saw a City of RIC truck stop in front of my house last week and drove off. They never came in the alley where I said the brush was. Just making sure someone will still come. Thank you!

Do you have an estimate on how long to pick this brush up? It has been 1 month.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.

There is a HUGE pile of old bushes (6 feet high) in the alley, behind our shed, next to trash cans and recycle. You can't miss it. Please come back and pick it up.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.

Did this request get put back at the back of the line? I requested this to be picked up on 4-11-16. On 5-18-16, the driver didn't read the comment that the brush is in the alley, not in my front yard and skipped it. I would really appreciate it being picked up soon. Thank you.
