Description

Park mobile application does not send reset password link.

I have been unable to use the park mobile app for years as a result of this and got a ticket this weekend when we did not have cash at an old meter.

You have 15 days from the dare of receipt to contest your ticket if you feel it was in error. Also you can call the office (203-946-8076) between 9-5 M-F and we will try to help you with your park mobile issues.

I still think it is my responsibility to bring change but just wanted to let you know there is a problem with the app. I don't plan on contesting the ticket but I would love to see the app fixed so I can use it again.
