As this is on Canada Post property, we suggest contacting them directly with any requests for signage or recycling bins.
You may also be interested in speaking with Aquatera as they provide waste management services.
If you are able to identify the people littering with either a house address or licence plate, please call and report the activity to Enforcement Services at 780-830-5790.
