Description
The small Concord Park is scattered with dog feces. This is gross and a health hazard. As a dog owner I pick up after my dogs because I am a responsible dog owner and I have respect for my community. Maybe put in a dog bag station for owners to use so they can pick up after their dogs? Or maybe put up signage saying "pick up after your dogs."
