It's way worse than that!
Directly opposite the Chipenham exit onto Huguenot - on the west side of Huguenot - very near this address, the city has trimmed some huge trees and left the stumps and logs piled up right along the side of Huguenot Rd. It is so ugly it looks like a dump site!
We had visitors here recently from England and they came off the exit there from Chippenham and they gasped at horrible it looked. We responded - hey we live in the city of Richmond and this is how the City does things here, until folks complain about 20 times.
