The middle lane of W MacArthur Blvd (lower roadway, not street-level) eastbound between Peralta and Adeline has some giant potholes causing major damage to vehicles. The westbound lane at this same location also has some sizeable holes.

I see you want to leave this issue open regardless of whose responsibility it is, but I'm going to close it again now. The hard truth is that Emeryville doesn't have any jurisdiction or authority over that roadway, and leaving this open here might lead to people thinking that they're contributing to a solution by voting it up here on See Click Fix. No amount of discussion here on this site will help get it fixed. It's a state highway, entirely within CalTrans' jurisdiction. The link provided above to submit a request to CalTrans for maintenance is really the only way to get the problem addressed. Unfortunately, we don't have any inside track with CalTrans for getting faster attention to these kinds of issues - I agree it would be good if we did, but it doesn't work that way.
I submitted a request on that site just now about this pavement problem, and I hope you have, too.
