Here are some comments forwarded to me from a concerned citizen:
The inhabitants of the trailers have been urinating and defecating in the bushes and climbing in the trees. There are two trailers parked there, they have numerous bicycles which they store, along with other garbage, inside the shrubbery, destroying it. These people are wandering around looking into cars and windows and using the spigot on the nearby building for their water supply. Yesterday, on April 16, 2016, they had a wood bonfire inside the bushes of with flames at least three feet high. Toxic fumes from their charcoal lighter fluid entirely filled the area with carbon monoxide. When I went to ask them to put the fire out, they became very aggressive, chased me and physically threatened me.
This unattended complaint is a health hazard, a fire hazard and has now escalated to a physical danger. It’s interfering with our work and work environment, which we depend on for our livelihood. We appreciate it if someone would take care of this problem before it becomes even more severe.
Please note that the city's weekly street cleaning has not taken place on this section of E12th St. since this Keystone Cabana camper parked 4/06/16.
A second camper often keeps this one company.
4/28/16-Cabana camper moved across the street to the East corner of 48th Ave. and E12th St. intersection.
- Fecal matter and litter were left behind on sidewalk that runs along E12th between 47th Ave. & 48th Ave.

Here's an update:
1) The pedestrian right-of-way on sidewalk is obstructed by the stuff from illegally parked camper.
2) There is a strong stench of human waste emanating from the sidewalk.
3) There is a storm drain within close proximity this Cabana camper.
