Description
Last night around 11:00 a group of kids came down the street and threw rocks [ or whatever ] at the windows in the vacant building across the street 1040 State St. This has happened to our building also. With the road closed it is dark, quiet and there is NO police presence.

They need to start holding parents responsible for the actions of their rotten, animal kids. Can't pay the damage then let Mom and/ or Dad walk the Green and Chapel Street picking up trash, WITH THE KIDS! Guarantee, not likely to happen again!
