How many cross walk/traffic lights does this city need on this short road ?? Less then 40 feet to the north is a cross walk/ traffic light that is HARDLY used by the students in the area. How about enforcing the Jaywalk law first before adding more traffic delays. When on foot in this area, I never have a problem using the traffic lights to cross that are already in the area. This is insane!

Regardless of all this philosophy, this city is changing radically and introducing great number of new people each year. I can not say I like that, but guys like you are in for a big change. Traffic is not going to get any better, and you'll see many more hot spots like this one turn into regulated crossings. It is the sign of times and flaming about it will not help you.
