Description

Coming from Winona to Stickney there is a serious problem with visibility to the left or south bound on Stickney. There's a a truck or two parked on the street there that makes it impossible to see down the road. Not just the street but the truck in the driveway of that house blocks sight down the road.

At the moment there is a stop sign for people coming from Winona getting onto Stickney. I think it should either become a two way stop for Stickney or an all way stop.
It's very dangerous pulling out onto Stickney from Winona. You'll be half way into the road by the time you can see if anyone is coming.
