On Halstead St, walking toward Belgrove Dr.on the right side of the street, the area between Windsor and Brighton. There is always garbage on the sidewalk for days on end.

Large items, mattresses, TVs, appliances, furniture, etc. Not only is it an eye sore, it lowers property values, town values and it is also dangerous for elderly persons to walk past.

The town should monitor this situation more closely and make homeowners responsible, enforcing fines. Residents/tenants must not be allowed to dump garbage on the sidewalks prior to the stipulated garbage dates and times.
