Description

Walk sign does not activate when when Cambridge St traffic is stopped and it is obviously safe to cross (or at least as safe as it is when the walk sign is active). Has been this way for a few months. Seems like most people now just assume the walk sign never comes on and so jaywalk even when it is not safe to do so.
