This is an amazing display of street art. There relatively no traffic in that area. In the weeks I have seen this art, I have never seen an actual passenger car (only Public safety) drive by. Some people have no respect for creativity.

So Eugene you willing to take full legal responsible for any deaths, personal injures cause by it?

This isn't creativity, I could paint this or better. Where do you draw the line on this kind of stuff? What needs happen?If you get caught doing this the punishment should offset the thrill of doing it. 4 months jail time, fixed, no judge can make an exception,, mandatory forced working removing this art from other private/private property created by these artist. The fine should be 5 times the cost to remove your art work. You might do it once, get caught, but you will not do it again. When the punishment outweigh this "crime" it will stop. If it doesn't moot point, you will have free labor and some funding from the fines.
